Monica is a tax attorney advising clients on federal and state tax matters. Her practice includes audit defense, appeals, administrative hearings, and tax litigation, providing representation across the controversy lifecycle. Monica collaborates closely with clients and state tax authorities to resolve disputes and mitigate risk. Prior to joining Mitchell Tax Law, she was part of the federal tax team at one of the Big Four accounting firms, where she focused on tax planning and compliance for large corporate clients.
